East Norriton Plymouth Whitpain Joint Authority (ENPWJSA) operates a Wastewater Plant with a variety of Treatment Processes. Challenges faced at this Plant include managing the multiple Processes and coordinating the acquisition of data and management of the Controls. Keystone has provided Design, Installation, and SCADA programming and Maintenance Services for 15+ years at the WWTP and Pump Stations and Flow Metering Sites. The System includes Allen Bradley PLCs, Schneider Electric RTUs, Operator Interfaces, communicating via Ethernet back to a Wonderware SCADA Server with (4) additional Nodes throughout the Plant. Nodes are placed strategically to provide local access to controls for daily operations.
